You are ill. You have company. Duzek's reasoning would be that there is a direct connection. You're guily...I mean sick. Send company away, illness goes away. (Just using same logic as SD prosecutor)

Doesn't take a brain surgeon...Thats good because CTV does not have any working for them
To: truth_seeker
That's not my take on it. To me, it is an indication that the regular jurors will be basing their judgements on facts of the case, not emotionalism. If they could be stoic during such an emotional issue, it is my belief that they are taking their duties VERY seriously.

Juror #65 in the pool. This 83-year-old white male retired from a 32-year military career as an Army colonel. He has a 7-year-old granddaughter, and takes medications for back problems, blood pressure, and arthritis. He expressed concerns about the death penalty because he has a mentally handicapped son, and knows some states execute regardless of mental capacity.

The way I just read it on the CTV site, it was juror
#10 that requested to hear/read DW's LE interview.

Do you recall hearing how any of the Juror's burst into tears at the sight of Danielle's remains?
I can't remember or recall??

Is this a trick question?
Just think they're all sitting around looking at dirty pictures right now.
Hope they have the paper work for the first two counts finished and sealed: not guilty.
Hey rheo, I escaped for a few. :-) Really, I can quit any time I want. NOT! lol

Oh. That makes sense.

LOL! Close call with an iced tea spew!!

So the odds are good that Billybob is a real congress-critter ? Yep, he lost my vote a long time ago. He acts like one. He likes making all his posts in bold and spams URLs in every post. Typical self-important politician. BARF!
To: spectre
None that I recall.

All the notes passed on to the judge were from Juror #10....Common sense would lead one to believe he might be the foreman. Doesn't take a brain surgeon... If I was the foreman I'd get me a scribe. Presidents and chairpersons usually have "secretaries."
A CPA would make a good scribe. CPAs were once known for accuracy and integrity. Once.
To: BullDog108
I am really confused. So is he BOTH .. a politician AND a radio personality?
To: KnutCase
maybe....they elected him secretary......who knows.....maybe he just got fed up with the bickering and squabbeling and decided to ask for it himself....

A CPA would make a good scribe. CPAs were once known for accuracy and integrity. Once. Now they are known for going with the amount of 'risk' you want to take. (Translation: How much cheating do you want me to do on your account?)
To: truth_seeker
It may indicate a split jury already with one or more attempting to convince the others. A split jury would not be a surprise.

Maybe because some people can separate real from anime'?Politicalmom, was it said for sure that the rape video was anime? I thought I heard that but never found if it was true or not.

The L.A. Times says it was animation. There's a link on an earlier thread.
To: the Deejay
CTV says it is #10 the CPA. He is the one sending all the notes.
