I as well as many others with an IQ well over 27 are not as sure as you are, there are still too many things we don't know and too many things that don't add up. I realize Ricci is a career criminal and many circumstantial things point to him and he could well be capable of the crime. However they still have not charged him.

I've said before and I'll say again, Dinse is very sensitive to police lawsuits. We've been able to glean insight from press conferences and from Boylan, yet many continue to second guess the SLCPD/FBI with a thimble-full of information.
Based upon your and my limited knowledge of the specifics of the case, just because YOU think they don't add up, doesn't mean they don't add up.
