I agree.
Furthermore, I think we should just shut down Free-Republic and throw JR in jail. Since it is his website that posts such as yours appear on, he is obviously responsible for spreading such idiotic logic.....

That's ridiculous. I wonder what other states' stats look like. I doubt Florida is the only state that can't keep track of children.

I'm outraged, I'm a replublican but I'd throw Jeb Bush out of Florida on his ass, what a loser. As horrible as it is, it is rather immature to blame the Governor of a state. Child protective services, from state to state is a long entrenched bureaucracy, abounding in self interests. We should be happy it's coming out.
They begin a state by state check, and I am sure they will find Florida is the tip of the iceberg. Child protective services, nationwide, are mainly to serve themselves, rather than children.

Your blaming a Govenor (who is nothing more than an administrator) for not keeping track of all children in the DCS database? Please! You gonna hold his brother 'W' responsible if your Granny's Social Security check is late or missing? A supposed Republican bitchin about a buracracy not working. Incredible! I would have figured that you would have know that none of them work! Its called Government. The less of it, the better off you'll be!

Fox News : Jeb Bush loses 532 children through DCS in Florida Fox News (Tonight)
By the way, where's your link? I'm curious if that was the original title of the story.
To: Scythian
The number of missing children was 1,100 now it's 532...That would be progress, wouldn't it...and I don't know what you heard, but I heard that a local paper had tracked down 9 of 24 missing (including 2 kids living in Minnesota, where 3 hours of research led the reporters to simply dial a phone number out of the MN directory...wonder where they got their info. from?)...I also heard that some of these kids had been "missing" for 7 or 8 years...this was on Greta Van Susteren's report.
So, how long has Jeb been governor??? I didn't hear how Fox News or anyone else had been able to track down the other 544 missing children...it's good that someone clearly did, but IMHO, I would sure not be quick to blame the Governor for 8 years of (entrenched?) incompetence in the Bureau of Family and Child Services...kind of like blaming Katherine Harris for the butterfly ballots...

What???? Dirty tricks and gullible, angry voters. FoxNews gone to the dark side...Freepers, it's back to the streets. This is Reno at her evilest.
To: Scythian
You know...I wish Jeb would stop picking those kids up. IT's obvious now that he loses track of them when he stops at the gas stations or the movies. It's just getting out of hand!
You're a Randi Rhodes fan aren't you.

I noticed that once the facts came out and you were shown to be rather silly in your little charade, you stopped responding. Says a lot about you.
