No problem. It was one thing that stuck in my mind because I didn't put that together during the testimony, it slipped by me.
CTV with all the commercials and internet feed coming in and out, its easy to miss alot.

One thing seems upside down in this case. You would expect highly emotional arguements to come from the defense "My boy couldn't have done it, he's a good boy". Instead all the really emotional arguments are coming from the prosecution, "the poor girl's head being beat against the head board". The logical reasoning is coming from the defense. Could this mean the evidence is very weak?
