Jeff Graham made mention more than once that after 2 lifts...the print was very strong and could still be seen very clearly.

Now, why did a 2nd lift get taken?

The bug guys had never seen a case (bug activity/lack of certain larvae, etc)

ALMOST LIKE things were not RIGHT. LIKE someone planted the PRINTS.
