DAY TWO: FRIDAY, AUG. 9, 2002
12 noon ET	Jury enters jury room.
2:30 p.m. ET	Jury goes home for the weekend.

DAY ONE: THURSDAY, AUG. 8, 2002
1:10 p.m. ET	Jury begins deliberating. After two months of testimony, the capital murder trial of David Westerfield is in the hands of the jurors, who began their deliberations following more than two days of closing arguments.
2:50 p.m.	Jury sends a note to the judge.
3:00 p.m.	Jury at lunch.
4:30 p.m.	Judge calls the lawyers but not the public or the press into the courtroom.
5:15 p.m.	Judge says jurors sent note asking to deliberate five days a week instead of having Friday off and he approved their request.
7:00 p.m.	Jury goes home for the day. Will return Friday morning.

I answered my own question, Lealcala found the hair in the MH sink basin, unclear how far down the drain it was found.

A. I DID COLLECT HAIR FROM THE BATHROOM SINK BASIN DRAIN.

Q. WHEN YOU SAY THE "BATHROOM SINK BASIN DRAIN" CAN YOU TELL US SPECIFICALLY WHERE YOU MEAN?

A. IN PHOTOGRAPH "E" YOU CAN SEE WHERE THE DRAIN IS INSIDE THE BASIN OF THE SINK, AND I WOULD HAVE COLLECTED THE HAIR FROM THAT AREA.

Q. SO FROM THE AREA OF WHERE THE DRAIN IS IN THE CENTER OF THAT SINK AS SHOWN IN PHOTOGRAPH "E" NEAR THE SURFACE OR ON THE SURFACE OF THE SINK ITSELF? WHAT CAN YOU TELL US?

A. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE DRAIN AREA IN THE CENTER OF THE SINK.

A. I WOULD HAVE PROBABLY USED TWEEZERS IF I COULDN'T PICK IT UP WITH MY GLOVED HANDS.

Jeff Graham said Danille's prints had been lifted twice by someone other than him, (who lifted it the second time?). Leacala found 6 prints before 2/12. Graham made 16 cards (maybe more impressions) on 4/17 how were they missed the first time around? Unbelieveable. He examined 300-325 prints from VD residence and identified a total of 122 prints in this case...

Depending on what VanDam's job was,I suppose it's at least theoretically possible he had a security clearance of some sort. Note:theoretically. I have no idea if this would be the case or not. And "clearance" doesn't automatically equate to "secret agent."

Yes, she was....and she said in PH that she did not know there was the blood on the stairs, her trainee must have done that..oh but you signed off on his report..yes.

Trial..she collected the dang blood spots off the stairs.....PH..didn't look in the steamer container...trial...it was wet...etc, etc., etc.

Maybe Damon had all sorts of cameras, listening devices, microphones, sorts of things someone (a spy or FBI dude) would use for surveillance. Things that could be hidden so someone might not know know they were being filmed. He obviously lied and didn't want to admit that he's a pervert and the stuff was used for video's he sold on the internet.

Maybe they were used in/on Danielle's room and the rumors of 'special' cable lines to the VD house that were cut before investigators started snooping around are not just rumor.

Who lifted it the 2nd time and WHEN??....how secure was the skin from the rehydrated hand when in custody?...as secure as the shell casing that was checked out and returned unsealed by unknown initials??

....if I had actually found it in the motor home. Instead, I collected it from Danielle's room, and SAID I got it from the MH.

How about when Dusek called Shen back in for a second time? She said that after she testified she remembered other orange fibers and sure enough there they were on tape lifts she had done (yeah right) from DW's Toyota. That incident really bothered me.

I just tried to locate her photo by SD transcripts. But I could not find it. Is she the one with the short blond hair she looks dyke? Another reason why I remember her is because when I saw her testify on TV she had this unusual broach (spiral) on her collar. I found out later that it is a "wiccan symbol".

I wish I could locate her picture to get a another look at that symbol..
