Jury's time Jurors will resume deliberations Monday in the capital case of David Westerfield, who is accused of killing 7-year-old Danielle van Dam

DAY TWO: FRIDAY, AUG. 9, 2002
12 noon ET	Jury enters jury room.
2:30 p.m. ET	Jury goes home for the weekend.

DAY ONE: THURSDAY, AUG. 8, 2002
1:10 p.m. ET	Jury begins deliberating. After two months of testimony, the capital murder trial of David Westerfield is in the hands of the jurors, who began their deliberations following more than two days of closing arguments.
2:50 p.m.	Jury sends a note to the judge.
3:00 p.m.	Jury at lunch.
4:30 p.m.	Judge calls the lawyers but not the public or the press into the courtroom.
5:15 p.m.	Judge says jurors sent note asking to deliberate five days a week instead of having Friday off and he approved their request.
7:00 p.m.	Jury goes home for the day. Will return Friday morning.

I don't know, BVD testimony both times was sketchy at best. I don't believe she knows how to make herself clearly understood. (On top of the lies she & Damon have told, the jury should toss out all of their testimony.)

It was fingerprinted earlier but I thought her prints were found when Graham wnet bask 'on a hunch'.

Ever notice the ABUNDANCE of HUNCHES in this case.

Went back and found Danielle's prints in the MH, on a hunch.

Went back and found 1 blond hair in the MH sink trap on a hunch.

Went back to Dehesa Rd and found Danielle's body, ON A HUNCH !

I thought I remembered someone saying that he cleaned his MH and that it smelled of cleaning material. How did the prints get left behind. If DW knew the girl was in the MH then I would think everything would have been dusted. This stuff just does not make sense.

LOL!! I know what you're talking about. When my 2 grandsons come for a visit, I lose all control of my pc.

At their house, everyone in the family has their own pc and a spare one to boot! In all, they have 5 computers!

My grandsons are ages 5 & 2 yrs. of age & they know how to use a computer.

One of the forensic ladies said the RV had not been cleaned, inside or outside. In fact, she said the
outside of the RV was very dirty with road dust/dirt.

I remember posting once, way back, that the party on the 1st was probably for her divorce that was final on the 30th or 31st of January.

I'm rereading her testimony now. There's lots of confusion in my mind between the 25th and the 1st.

How about when Dusek called Shen back in for a second time? She said that after she testified she remembered other orange fibers and sure enough there they were on tape lifts she had done (yeah right) from DW's Toyota. That incident really bothered me.

No, Faith-Hope..the MH had not been cleaned..no one testified to smelling cleaning supplies...in fact..they testified that no cleaning supply smell was noticed..and there was a thin layer of dust.

Many hairs were found in the MH...all were excluded as Danielles except for the 1 hair in the sink drain trap (which included other blonde hairs)..and 1 hair on the bathmat that matched mitochondrial..(could be BVD or offspring)...no hair of Danielle's was found in the shower drain (altho others were), etc. etc, etc.
