Chairman...so the final decision to drive to Jax is still in debate mode?

The decision is not in "debate" mode, but is dependent upon another event happening - acceptance of my wife's letter of intent. If the LOI isn't accepted, there is no premise for a visit, so it doesn't go down. Her current bid price is slightly below the asking price for the property. Her current bid, however, is a raise without an intervening counter in a very short time frame - if I were the seller, I wouldn't budge on my last position. I don't think this will go through.

Oh, I see. Hm. The buyer may accept your wife's LOI depending on where the property is located in Jacksonville and how long it's been on the market. Then again, I'm sure she's done her homework on it. :-)
