Must go water my gardens ... but I thought to give you my ideas about a snack for your B&B! ...

In Summer ... I so enjoy cool summer fruits ... apples, berries ... with different cheeses. In Winter ... warm dips, like crap ... spinach ... and crusty bread ...

Once in business ... you can plan ahead ... and buy in bulk when prices are low ... keeping plate cost to the .75-$2.00 you are aiming for ... for which you have aimed ... on which you are locked and cocked ...

Ok ... flowers are after yellin' at me ....

Thanks ISB. I'm taking notes on all of the suggestions. It seems like I'll spend the next year or two just putting together menus. LOL! But it's fun work.
