The mouse never worked at all and the keyboard quit this morning.

You have to put batteries in them and plug in the sensors...LOL

I was stumped about a month ago when my cursor froze. I tried everything... except replacing the batteries in the mouse!

I did all that, and rebooted several times and reloaded the software once too. The mouse was a dud. The keyboard worked great last night and at first this morning then it just suddenly quit. I tried changing the batteries too, but no good. and yes, the sensor was plugged in. Could have been the sensor was a dud, but anyway, I didn't really want to mess with it. I liked the design and smoothness of the keyboard though and was glad that an identical one was available with a cord.
