We had several execises in 94-95 with a Korean scenerio... even processed our wing through to deploy. This was different than our normal "Iraq" practice deployments. I (everybody) got the feeling we were ready to go in summer of 95, but Clinton gave in and "compromised". 96 was an election year, dontcha know.
