1. Raise water and sewer rates for everyone(business esp).

2. Sue the large farms near all water ways to get their property.(using the money from the increases.)


3. Pad some @$$es wallet using this scheme to steal someones property only to have a non published government sell to one of their friends. ( I saw this happen before. That beautiful protected swamp is an eighteen hole golf course.(not that I mind the golf course,but darn buy the land don't steal it!)
