Now...don't laugh....I was watching Law & Order last night and the detectives were taking photos at a crime scene and guess what they were using? I almost fell out of my chair....a polaroid camera!!!

You would think they would be more careful, when it was such important evidence....

You would have also thought that before cutting out the stains from the carpet and jacket that the defense team would be able to collect evidence, take pictures also.
If LE and criminalists cannot be trusted to collect and preserve evidence properly and allow that evidence, or more like it be tested by both sides then there are going to be these types of discrepancies.
