From what I can tell (I did not listen to RR), there was a meeting yesterday (closed session) regarding Damon confronting Feldman's parents outside of court yesterday and asking them if they were proud of their son. This was a closed session and somehow the RR show found out about it and broadcast all the gory details.

Today, Judge Mudd was pissed and asked her her source. She said she did not know, so he booted her out.

There will be no meat from Rick Roberts for some time. That's the way he operates. We'll get at least two hours for sycophants to call in to say "Rick you're doing such a great service for the community" and for Roberts to tell them how perceptive they are.

Indeed. In fact he should have disallowed her back after she tried to inject herself by misrepresenting a conversation with a witness in the restroom.

She crossed the line then and her lack of character was an open book. I just wish that she and RR would go down in flames for this. It would be sweet justice after they have tried to cash in on the misfortune of many.

Howlin, before I run my errands..it is confusing about the River ban from the Court-Room.

Somehow, what was discussed in Judge Mudds chambers ended up on the Rick Roberts show, and she is the producer and Court representative. It was the information about Damon's comments to Feldman's family in the hallway. [Brenda was crying her eyes out, in the Court Hallway this morning]...maybe Dusek told her, and she in turn, told River.

Someone leaked the info to the RR show, and all signs point to River...even if she was at Starbucks, she had a cell-phone, I'll bet.

This is a marketing bonanza for RR, but not very professional. The problem is that he see's nothing wrong with his actions by airing confidential stuff it no matter what its source was.

Unfortunately it will be the public that suffers because the next time Mudd or other judge is faced with letting the public in they will not forget what happened here.
