But in thinking about it, each case is different. I would suspect that since this a DP case, they would want to be extra sure and deliberate longer.

But you are studying for the bar and have a better insight then I do. I am just someone who has watched Law and Order too many times! ;-)

When you get right down to it; it's all about the bug evidence. DW should get on his knees and thank God the police started their surviellance of him sa soon as they did. If the police hadn't, the bug evidence would have worked against him instead of for him.

I would not go so far as to say DW absolutely didn't do it, but I don't think he did. What I will say is there is so much doubt and the evidence as a whole greatly favors the defense.

Change of subject. The subject was the federal conviction rate which is the one that I know best. One of the CPA's that works for me has been an agent for the feds for over 20 years. According to him its very difficult for him to get a US attorney to take a case. Personally I was a subject and a witness in a case that seen four people get federal sentences for 7-8 years each. I know how it was handled.

On cop question my brother is a lieutenant, why ?
