I personally thought I was hearing things yesterday...and then I read that people are talking about Dusek using a 4 letter word...so I just put it together and concluded it was the same "F" word I thought I heard him say. What other four-letter word wouldn't be spelled out on a forum???

I wonder..... Do pro-Westerfield folks, I mean those who pray for him at night, and those who have a gift from God to discern a man's innocence by eye shape and teddy bear appearance...do those people have any problem with Feldman intentionally misstating evidence in his closing arguments?

I don't belive I heard Feldman MISSTATE evidence one time although he did give other interpretations and inferances to "the facts" as Dusak sees them.
I DO, however have a problem with Dusak's emotional terrorisim shown by his IMAGINARY rape scene.
There were NO, not any signs that this child had been raped, on her body or at any of the scenes that we have seen. To stand up there and reenact(sp) a rape scene, complete with pounding his hand on the witness stand to emulate her head hitting the headboard no less, was contrived as was BVD running from the court room to gain sympathy from the jurors as well as to predjudice them towards DW.

If by chance your above comment about "those who have a gift from God to discern a man's innocence" was directed to me.
I never ONCE claimed to be able to descirn anyones innocence/guilt. I can discern, weather a person is still among the living or is dead from a photo PERIOD.
I cannot use it at my will, I cannot tell who is responsible for their death. I also am not looking for your approval OR your opinion if you belive that it is not possible, fine it is not nessasary for you to comment on it.

Mudd: Major breach of agreement...somebody's got to answer a question or be in danger of being excluded from courtroom...security matter. Courtroom was closed, no media or audience. Within 45 minutes of hearing, on radio, a complete description of private hearing including Mudd's reaction. Miss Stillwood, tell me your source. She refused, Mudd kicked River out of the courtroom. "Goodbye, Miss Stillwood, goodbye."

I thought it was dumb. Feldman had asked the jury to prevent the lynching of an innocent man, and then Dusek stands in front of the jury with a rope? Brain dead.

Rick Robert's little shill, River, got kicked out of the court room. Woo Hoo. It was because of Damon intimidating Feldman's parents. There is a shred of integrity in Mudd.

RR's show told all about the "secret" closed-door hearing. Mudd asked River to reveal the source of the meeting. She said she wasn't at the station, didn't know the source. So he kicked her out of the courtroom.

Rehashing physical evidence (a.k.a. "smoke & mirrors").

Defendent didn't just do his laundry that weekend. Look at all the things he cleaned and how he cleaned it. Before he even gets home from trip he goes by drycleaners to take comforters, pillow shams and jacket with the blood. THen takes MH up the hill and cleans it, removing all fingerprints of his, and who knows how many others. Stops and cleans his SUV...cleans it real good. What's the rush? What's the big deal? Gets home and immediately starts 3 loads of laundry...plus lintball in garage, indicating one load with incriminating evidence had already gone through. Went back to drycleaners that afternoon, after talking with officers, taking black clothing, looking for a quick turnaround service. Getting clothes from Dad's cleaned up.
