The guy pictured in response # 241 is an old college buddy of mine, Howard. We've known each other since 1969, so these days we communicate primarily via insult. Howard was from Montreal but his folks moved to Miami when he was in junior high or thereabouts. He spent 36 hours in line in 1967 (I think that was the year) and became the VERY FIRST Miami Dolphins season ticket holder, 2 seats 10 rows up on the 50. Of course, being a classy outfit, when the Fish moved to Joe Robbie they moved their first season ticket holder to 25 rows up on the 40, presumably because there were more important people to be taken into consideration. He went to the University of Miami where he played J.V. football until his alleged knee injury. then in 1969 he transferred to McGill in Montreal, where he moved into our dorm.
