Yup...watch the tape. The pilot pulls a hard maneuver while travelling at a fairly low airspeed and altitude. In a computer controlled fly-by-wire system, this causes havoc with controls, causing over-correction by the computer and negating all control inputs. That pilot bailed about the time he realized that he couldn't pull up. We lost our first testbed F-22 that way on takeoff.
