Howdy Billbears,

I'll weigh in with some prayer requests today.

My Aunt Denise has stage 4 cancer. What started out as breast cancer a few years ago spread into her bones, mostly spine and neck. Chemo treatments have slowed down the cancer growth, but it's still there. She recently started another round of chemo to knock the cancer out. She is the most kind, Christian, and loving person I know. Denise loves to scrapbook with pictures, cards, and stamps. She recently started making handmade custom cards to sell in local gift shop. Her son, Joseph, will start Kindergarten this year and she has a great husband, Jim.

Also, my grandfather suffers from Alzheimers. He recently suffered a kidney infection that put him in the hospital. After treatment, he was sent to a nursing home for rehabilitation. It hit him pretty hard. He is a Marine veteran and a founding member of his church in Daytona Beach over 50 years ago. We pray he will progress and continue to get better.

Please the family in your prayers. There is much to be thankful for, Praise the Lord!

Stainless - prayers for your aunt and grandfather, for you and all concerned. I pray that God will hear our prayers and protect and comfort those in need. Furthermore, I pray for each and every one of you (and those I neglect to ping - lurkers included) - may God hear and answer your prayers, and bless you and yours. Lord watch over us, our children and families. Give us strength and wisdom, and guide our footsteps. I thank God for His Son and His love for us. Amen.
