It reminds me of my first manly attempt at bbqueing a brisket of beef...I thought that all the charcoals were on way low and slow and that by cooking it all night it would be heaven the next day.

The next day I gleefully went to the driveway to purvey our feast for the weekend - damm. It had been reduced to a dammed briquette of beef. So much worse than your birds that I cannot tell you.

I'm being summoned, my friends - have a great one.
Hoping the Rev is not too Rev, or if he is, he'll burn candles, say prayers, and do some light weight channelling for us. ;-)

Loddy they were on only two hours.. Somehow..while they weren't being watched they fell over and somethin made them catch on fire.. You should see the grease cup under the grill.. Looks like the chickens.. The whole top is burnt off.. What a spaz that man is...
