You live in the south and never had Drunken Chicken? That's not right.. We got the recipe from our buddy in Ol Miss.

You put a half can of beer up the chickens butt so the chicken stands up and stick a lemon on his head with toothpicks and rub it all down with lemon pepper or any rub in of your choice.. Yumm.. stand two or three on the grill.. close the cover and cook..
