Well, BigDom gave me my wad of dough, for my weekend alone, and of course, I blew it on ebay...

But not to worry...BigDom tells me his next check will be a biggie....BigDom works for the post office, and his craft is overseen by the Mailhandlers Union...it took them about two years and some odd months to finally iron out their last contract...during that time, the workers received no raises... the dispute was settled a few months ago, and its all retroactive....meaning they have to pay up all the difference between what they were earning, and what they should have been earning, when the last contract was up...so thats about 2 1/2 yrs worth of raises that are due to all the Mail Handlers...

And the next check should contain that one big lump sum of retroactive pay....Hooray...just in time for the Holidays, and of course more Holiday dolly shopping...
