Well, sortta kinda...first, I found out that an ally of mine had given the big guy a heads up...so that helped...then I was given reassurance that I am doing a good job, and that I am good at what I do and that he knows I am fully capable of doing things at a much higher pay grade...so it felt good to hear those things....It also helps that I am only one of about 10 others who have had voiced similiar concerns regarding this one person and how they act towards them also. So, he recognizes that...he acknowledges that..and told me to just keep pluggin on..focus on the big picture...look at these things as minor things and most importantly, TEMPORARY things....he more or less said, I have bigger fish to fry.
