Did we ever establish whether or not Remington was in jail on the date of the kidnapping? Or any decription of him? If so, I missed it.

Ricci is messed up, that's for sure. But I find it hard to see why he would be so stupid as to keep the clothes which he would have worn, among other screwups. I'm still going with the theory that someone else is the abductor and yet another person is the mastermind.

Even if he had his hair back like it is, he couldn't have worn that cap they have, even if he had his hair in a pony-tail.
