My basset hound Helga, used to sing every time she heard the Jeopardy song....sometimes, if we had not watched Jeopardy for a while, when we finally did turn it on, the minute she heard Alex Trebeck, she began to sing...

My neighbor asked me how it was that my dog knew when it was near 8pm each night, as if we had our sliding door open, he could Helga singing every night at 8pm...

I am sure that dogs are more intelligent than people give them credit for...and they are a lot nicer, than a lot of other people...

My husband will just say/sing a certain note, and they go into song. The Australian Shepherd starts the song, then the German Shepherd finishes it up. The Aussie is a tenor; the GS is a baritone. The have wonderful harmony. LOL!
