I am going to go for it. I just have to figure out the logistics now. The guy called back, and I am scheduled for a walk through the school at the end of August. The only minor concern is paying bills for the 9 months that the course lasts. If I need to, I can always get a job at a resturant or something to make the bills. ;>)

Yes, I saw #7. I would argue the Prez doesn't need Congressional approval in any event as he is the Commander-in-Chief in a continuing action that merely had a cease-fire in 1991. The other side has refused to honor the terms of that cease fire, so hostilities can begin anew under that authorization.

This is true, too. Besides that, the fact that he said he would "grab a rifle, jump in the trenches and die" (notice he did not say he would die fighting, he would just die) also makes him a poor candidate for a trenchmate.
