I'm only here for a second...was tuned into court tv and heard something I haven't seen anyone catch.

They played a recording of DW saying his trip that weekend was spur of the moment.

What they didn't say on ctv now, was that DW's son knew about the trip the weekend before. DW lied to police.. It was not a spur of the moment.

Kim, I don't know why, after countless times others have explained this to you, you keep going back to it.

It was not a spur of the moment.

DW's trip was planned ahead of time. He ended up gettting bored with the PLANNED part of his trip, and picked up camp, and headed off to other places to see if he could find his friends, or other interest. THAT PART of it was the SPUR OF THE MOMENT he was talking about.

I think I do recall something like that. That is odd. Why did we hear it was planned? I would think it would have been better for DW to say it was planned - no? Hmmmn...I will swithch to your side of the fence for a moment to speculate....Did he really have it planned (taking Danielle)? Neal knew he was going camping - but he did not ask Neal to go - odd. He tells police it was spur of the moment cuz he does not want them to think "pre thought out plan." Hmmmmn....Back to my side of the fence now - why did he ask the one guy to go with him?.....Back to your side - did he really ask the guy to go - I think the guy said no he did not - but that's what he infered.

See - I really do think about all angles in this - I don't see things only one way.

Spur of the moment trip....

Kim....maybe he had planed to go earlier in the week and nobody wanted to go.....as the week progresses he decides he's not going.....Friday night comes and he can't pickup anybody.....says the hell with it....i'm going to the desert for the weekend....In his mind it was spur of the moment.

When i was single this scenerio (not the picking up women part LOL!) happened alot....

Hate to split hairs, like he's the only one? Maybe he thought about going, Neal had other plans. Then he told Neal no. Then he decided Friday to go, because he asked someone on Friday. Also depends on what spur of the moment is. My ex would plan his trips to SA a month in advance. None of this decide a couple of days before. NOTHING SPONTANEOUS. Some men are just weird that way. Sorry I meant people.
