I didn't even mention that I think the best part is being at the beach, but without all the sand! Also, you're still only 30 minutes from the outlet center. It's a huge bay, so sailing is great. And when you're through, you all go down to Miss Colleen's Kitchen for homemade candy and cokes. In the fall there's Polo at the Point...lots of fun. And there's a great resort with a good restaurant right down the road. After dinner you must stroll down the boardwalk and admire all the beautiful old homes and wharves along that part of the bay.
My best friend has a darling house with a fabulous wharf which I believe they're renting for the first time this year. There's also a rental agency which handles almost all the available properties over there. I can put you in touch with them if you like. He used to handle our precious cottage before we got wiped out in Hurrican George....boy, do I miss it. "Over the bay" is my favorite place in the world.
