Yes, beyond a reasonable doubt, and I am mixed on Westerfield! You see, this is, and has been a political
case for the DA! In this case, Westerfield was picked as a suspect on what basis, and why so fast? He could have waited until he had established a more solid case.
Too much smoke and mirrors, hoses, trips, getting stuck,
closed curtains, scratches, sweat, and on, why not just put up the DNA evidence and go with that? If you live in San Diego then you must know about the questionable actions
of several LEO, this burns a whole in the DA's case.
And, if a man as fat and out of shape can get into a house,
that he has never been in before, set off an alarm and light that nobody hears or see's, (remember he had to pass by that flashing alarm!) Maybe the Jury will request a visit to the home, I have visited a similar floor plan and I sure
couldn't have done it in the dark! All Questions?
