Ok, I thought the top mark looked like one fingernail could have dug in, & scratched...it's not as clean cut as the other ones.

Thanks for the pictures. That's what I remember seeing before.
The abrasions are so uniform, they don't look like fingernail scratches to me. Couldn't be a bite mark because there would have to be an opposing set of marks. Do we know what Westerfield says about them?
