Cowboy cooking....

When BigDom and I were packing up mom and dads house to move up to Washington, one of my cousins and his friend were coming down to help us, as lots of the stuff dad had stored up, I did not want to haul up to Washington(nails, wood, screws etc) and I figured my cousin who was building some animal pens could use that stuff...

So when my cousin and his friend arrived to help, I was set to get busy making them a big breakfast to get them off to a good start...

However, my cousin announced that we would be having a 'cowboy' breakfast, which they brought with...my cousin and his friend each arrived with a six pack of beer under each arm...apparently to them, a 'cowboy' breakfast, meant downing a full six pack of beer, before commencing work...

I was leary of this, however, all the work got done, and we continued on with the same sort of 'cowboy' lunch and 'cowboy' dinner, supplemented by merely snacking on a few foodstuffs...

When BigDom begins to envision his retirement, he looks forward to the day, when he can safely have a 'cowboy' breakfast and camp toast, whenever he so chooses...

Back for a cool-down break - man, it's hot out there!
Why do guys wait until the heat of the day to begin
these outdoor projects? Stupid, or what?

Your dad and BigDom are providing me with some wonderful
reading - I can just see dad wearing his pork & beans to
shop.

Were I to start drinking that early in the day, I assure
you that things would end very badly for me and my work.
Although there's those that can apparently do OK with their
CowboyBreakfasts - more power to 'em, I guess. ;-)
