;-) There's something very comforting to me about a nice fried egg & crispy bacon sandwich. I use an old cast iron skillet on the outdoor grill's side burner and while the bacon's frying, I prep the bread with plenty of salad dressing.
When the bacon's done and the heat's lowered, in goes Mr.Egg with his yolk puctured to spread the goodness. Shortly thereafter I'm in paradise with my sandwich and frosty cold milk.
Sometimes I'll add a slice of cheese, or some sliced tomatoes for a bigger treat.

Normally during the week, I dont cook bacon and eggs...but all this talk about bacon and egg sandwiches, has gotten my tummy all geared up for such a sandwich, so I suppose now, I will have to make myself one, while cooking BigDoms dinner...
