COMMERCIAL - 1939 Restored Del Webb - Bisbee
This is a beautifully restored 1939 Del Webb building constructed with steal reinforced poured concrete. The three stories provides 33,000 square feet of commercial space and is presently at 65% occupancy with specialty shops, gift shops, restaurant with brew pub and a very popular coffeehouse with tourist and locals alike. The basement area is utilized for conventions, various locally sponsored shows, community activities and special events. This building also has its own large parking lot for future expansion plans.
Beautiful stairs lead to the mezzanine and down into the basement. It is also serviced by an elevator which meets the Americans With Disability Act standards.
It is located across the street from the Historic Copper Queen Hotel, Historical Museum and east of the Post Office and Bisbee Library, which is also a historic building. This area is the very heart of Old Bisbee and is the hub of year round tourist activity.
A brew pub and coffee! Heaven. ;-)
