my cousin is going thru that devastating loss now
his young son (a teenager) became very ill
and just went to Heaven
I hope my cousin turns to God and gets comforting
my cousin is a surgeon, I do not know his spiritual beliefs

So sorry to hear about that....its terrible and devastating, and just shatters your whole world, when your child becomes seriously ill, and dies...one never gets over it, just learns how to cope with it...

You cousin will need lots of understanding, and comfort right now....sometimes the best thing to do for him, is to do nothing at all...just listen if he wants to talk....

At least for me, talking about Michael, keeps him alive in my heart, even tho he is gone...sometimes people are uncomfotable with that, they think we should not want to talk about our dead children....but often we do, it brings us comfort, to speak about them...

I hope your cousin can find his way, in this, what he must consider his worst time ever, in life...just so sorry about this...
