imbedded cookies on your hard drive that give you all the spam. Go and delete them off your Temp Internet Files. You can do that in Exploder

I don't get any spam on outlook.. just aol..and it is going.. There is a box you can check to illimanate spam.. LOL.. It is probably illiminatating all my mail too..

Go to View, in Exploder, on the toolbar, click on Internet Options, then click delete Temp Internet Files.This should clear your cache for now.Then, you could change the settings by going to medium or higher security to receive items.Click on the various tabs in settings and security.Stick with medium.

Imbedded cookies will be in Windows, under cookies, and there will be some you will want to keep, such as for here and other sites, but go and delete them.Its long and tedious, my pet ;-)then, once they are deletd, they will go to Recycle icon, and you further delete them from there.
