Brown dwarfs do not die as such. They are failed stars, so there is not stellar nuclear reactions going on inside them that would reach a terminal point. They are like stellar planets, if you will. And a planet doesn't die.

Do Brown Dwarfs die in the same manner as stars... do they collapse, and if so, what do they collapse into... black hole, neutron star...???

They collapse into brown holes, of course.
