I remember when Hillary Clinton was proudly telling everyone that she was named after Sir Hillary whatever-his-last-name-is for being the first man to climb Mt Everest, later came out that she was born before the feat was completed. Oh, oops. But the Clintons adoring fans don't seem to notice the lies at all...

You're right, Hillary Clinton claiming to have been named for Sir Edmund Hillary is a just another example. They lie just because they can, but I wonder why they think their audience gives a rat's patootie how they may have gotten their names. Just shows how little substance there is to them.
