Congratulations.
I'm cleaning up a backed up plumbing mess once again. I called a pro plumber myself this time -- not going to mess with the landlord's rinky-dink "fix-its" any more. I'm sick of this recurring problem -- there's something seriously wrong here that they are not bothering to repair and it's beyond inconvenient for me. The plumbers will try to get here today - if not, then first thing in the morning.
