What's wrong with efficiency? I just don't want to see anyone get hurt.

The laundry and dishes are already going... now I have to wait to shower. Should have done that first.

That one's nice Val.

hi, sweetness. i've driven east from dallas, but not as far south as houston. i'd like to see east texas lushness. everyone refers to austin trees as bonzais because they never get very tall in the rocky hill country.
To: ValerieUSA
They have the most horrible photos there a job for you? ;)

It is brutally hot here. I just drove 3 hours to Fayetteville without AC. Still haven't gotten it fixed. Thought I would die! Even the AC in the room was taking a long time to cool so I figured it'd be as good a time as any to get out to find a computer. Hehehehe.... It's nice and cool in here.

I read that earlier. Really p****d me off! Where do we find these losers...at the DU???

On the first part of the trip I avoided freeways and went the back way to SE Texas - avoiding Houston. This is about the only scenery shot I got in SE Texas.

"isn't it interesting the stark contrast of texas topography and landscape compared to the east coast?" Hi Chrissie; nice to see you. Yes, it is the same with Colorado. Growing up in the south I love all the green and the myriad variety of flowers and birds and greenery, but other places do have their special beauty. Val does a great job of captureing the beauty of Texas. Here's a picture I took in Buena Vista, Colorado a couple of weeks ago.
To: ValerieUSA; yall
Grrrrrr! Phone line down at home, and running like crazy at work to prepare for the "we're from the Government, we're here to help you" types arrival on Friday.
If you don't see me this week that's why.
To: null and void
They giving you more work these days?
To: null and void
Bummer, Nully. Given a choice I'd rather have the down phone lines. LOL

You know what I find with AC? There is no happy medium at least in offices. My office is too cold and when you go outside, it's like walking into a wall of heat. My car takes a few minutes to cool off tho if I happen to get parked in the sun.
To: Canadian Outrage
In Colorado I never had AC. Never had the inclination to get it. Didn't really need it. The cross ventilation and fans in every room was enough. Never even used the AC in the car. Here is a different story. It gets SO hot that AC is almost indispensible. Either that, or I have gotten completely spoiled.

Phone lines down at home? Put them back up! Oh, maybe you don't want the gov't agents tapping in... good thinking, Nully. Wait until Saturday.

I know your excited, but don't try doing them all at the time! Wash dark cloths first that way you don't use all the hot water and the dishwasher doesn't suck the hot water all up at once either
It's in the TIMING .. LOL
