Are you having trouble accessing the FR archives? I asked the question: How long has the ATRW/USA v i42 thread been in existence? I wasn't able to pull up a post earlier than Oct. '99. (I know for a fact that one of my first posts on USA v i42 was in Feb. '99).

I think the thread started when with impeachment hearings and Towanda and a few other names we don't see anymore were chatting on the thread. Molly or Miss Marple may be able to give more info. USA v UOX42 evolved from there. All I know is it was my saving grace from the hearings on.... what a wonderful group of people visit here!
