I honestly don't know. All I know is that he sure upset my life for several months. Caused me a lot of anxiety a lot of fearful nights. I understand, and I know that most of us here would have been glad to bury someone like that, but if we are to have any hope of finding them before they harm or terrify people we need to find out just what is cause and what is effect.

Everyone gets fleeting thoughts that are shockingly violent, evil or perverse... but most "normal" people reject and discard the thoughts quickly and try to think about something more pleasant and worthy. Other people let the demons hang around in their minds and corrupt other thoughts and perceptions and relationships and desires, until they become twisted in their indulgent fantasy life, and it gets entwined with reality. They become dangerous. Porn can facilitate the obsessions... it isn't necessarily an object of obsession (or addiction) itself, but a portal into the fantasy world that becomes a malignancy first in the psyche - then consumes mind, body and soul.

I suppose. At the risk of sounding like one of those horrid psychologist I will say he had obviously repressed a great many feelings in his twisted little, misedrable life. LOL
