Is Peeps a pre-cog? Peeps the waitress from Missouri. Peeps is one of a kind. She is a Post-Cog. She can see events AFTER they happen. However, she relays them in a very UNIQUE way.

BTW, Pre-Cogs shouldn't be confused with Pre-Clogs. Pre-Clogs are a very specialized form of Pre-Cogs. A Pre-Clog can predict who in the future will become constipated.
