Jacob went home yesterday, after almost three weeks in the hospital. He is a little fighter and is doing really well.

I also scour tag sales for used books, and thrift stores. Another good online source for books is half.com, booksamillion.com, and powells.com. And thanks for your suggestions on the childrens books. I have a place set aside for my nieces and nephews when they come to visit, lots and lots of books for them to read. I'm always looking for good books to add to the collection. (And I've been know to stay up many a night reading...)

Yay!!! Welcome home, Jacob. I'm sure you're all very relieved. What is his prognosis?

I'll check out powells.com and booksamillion. LOL! As if I need more books.

Is booksamillion.com the same as the Books A Million stores? One recently opened up and I haven't had time to check it out yet. I have heard that they have a really wide selection, though.

you should try Amazon.com for used books.

I sell my books there.

Now that I have found Amazon's used books I look there first, while book shopping.
