Pretty much.. (which, BTW I bet no one does more than once)

It's not fair and it's turning otherwise good people off to the idea of marriage. Unless they make it fair and treat women the same as men then nothing is going to change.

It's biased and everyone knows it. Look at the posts over there, I can't believe fairness is so unacceptable to some people.

I tell you the truth, I know what's in the Bible and I know what God said and I respect it. But after yesterday and this morning I am seriously considering keeping my "activity partners" on as just that.

Activity partners. These two threads and the nutcase feminist "Conservatives" posting here have scared me nearly to death.

Here is how I see it. The majority of little girls raised in this country are brought up to beleive that one day prince charming is going to come riding along and sweep her off her feet, put her up in a nice castle, give her fine children, never to have any problems.

Reality rolls in when the marrage falls apart for whatever reason, and the womans lifetime dream is shattered.

"Hell hath no fury" is'nt the half of it. The shattering of that dream is unforgivable and the man should be required to pay a monetary penalty for the rest of his life. Some women even go so far as to deny the father access to his kids, out of sheer hate, with no regard for the kids.

So, is it the man's fault that he should be penalized excessivly or is it society's fault for perpetrating a fragile fairytale?
