So how do we solve that? he should pay some support costs, but I would propose it should be half of the documented costs of the child each month It's already that way here in NC.....we fill out a costs form and it is divided between the parents,support going to to the one raising the child/children....guess thats why I never saw any bias in favor of women.

In Ohio, it's very different. I pay $940 a month for one child (and I make nowhere near six figures) and the ex makes 40k at her job.
