He was getting close to 80 at the time, and probably didn't really think about disturbing us!

It annoyed me when my sisters would practice piano at 4pm, I couldnt even begin to imagine if I was trying to sleep! (was he any good?)

My sister was a night owl, and would practice the piano at 11 p.m. I have no idea why mom & dad let her get away with it. If she hadn't been bigger than me, i'd've killed her! Yes, my grampa played piano pretty well, considering his age. He was getting a little shaky.
