Hi, Scottie, Have been off the threads in the last couple of days. Nacho is doing better..getting used to his new food and the meds..He fusses a lot at being medicated. But I think we can get him stabilized. No cancer! Whew.

We went to a friend's house for bar b q chicken to celebrate the 4th and there were the fireworks too. But nothing as spectacular as Val's pictures. Still it was nice.

Finally today we went out and ordered a new kitchen table and chairs... I wanted a refectory table but can't find them here. So,,,but what we selected as a second choice is going to be nice.

Still arranging my pictures! Almost finished. I sure wish I could come back...I just did not get enough of the UK!!

It was really a kinda eerie feeling here last night. There were no fireworks in the whole state, not even city sponsored ones, because the fire danger is so extreme.

We were camping and did get some rain. Apparently a cold front moved in about the time we set up camp. We were freezing our butts off part of the time. Actually, it wasn't so bad after the extreme heat of the previous few days.

Hi there. Now Saturday evening and Catriona is just about to head to the nightclub. So far three girls here and waiting for the others before they go. Oh to be young again!! (Not)

I am going to Aberdeen in the morning to visit with Victoria for the day. She is having to find another flat to stay in as the girl who owns the flat is putting the rent up.

I go to ireland at the end of the month, for 3 days and looking forward to the break. Patricia is away in France at the minute and is due back next Saturday.

Glad that everyone is well, (cats included)
