Just made a marinade of fresh from the garden mint, oregano and basil.. Mixed with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper.. Did I leave somthing out, Jeeves? It's for Lamb Chops.. Hope I used enough herbs.. not used to the amounts of fresh ones..
