Having trekked to John's sprawling Windsor estate, guests — including Chelsea Clinton and boyfriend Ian Klaus, Liz Hurley, Emma Thompson, Elle Macpherson, Ivana Trump, Denise Rich, Joan Collins, Nick Rhodes and Simon LeBon — obeyed.
