I guess that just comes from having had three wonderful bassets in my life...they are just a real treat, and my absolute favorites of the doggie world...

What amazes me, is that many basset lovers have more than one basset...long ago, when I was first on the internet, I remember reading this ladys website, about her bassets...she had five of them, all living in the same house at the same time...

Five bassets...now thats heavenly...one of the funniest pictures, was of what was supposed to be her bed, a king sized bed, but it was taken over by the bassets...this picture showed all five bassets sound asleep in that bed...

I have no idea if that lady got to ever sleep in her bed or not...that king sized bed, was obviously a 'bassety' bed...it was just so funny...a woman who gives up her bed, for her bassets, is a true basset lover indeed...

Well, its getting late, and Dizzy is getting pesty, so I should go...
